How It Works. We have created a simple, on-line questionnaire
that you complete and submit to us. Using the information you provide, we
will prepare your marital separation agreement for you. We have developed
a proprietary and secure document preparation service based on our
Rapidocs document assembly technology called Docuprocess.
NOTE: All of our products and services are designed for simple,
no-fault (uncontested) divorce proceedings. To ensure you meet your

Docuprocess combines the use of our Rapidocs document
assembly software technology with a team of trained legal assistants
enabling us to produce your papers, ready for filing, very quickly and at
a very reasonable cost.
While we cannot
provide you with legal advice, every document package is reviewed by our
supervising attorney for accuracy and completeness.

Filing Fees: Filing fees (if
applicable) are additional and depend on your local court. These fees are
paid directly to the court.
Delivery:
Documents are completed within

business days following receipt of your completed Questionnaire.
NOTE
THIS EXCEPTION: Five
(5) business days for our divorce
document preparation service. Completed documents are sent to
you as an attachment to an email. Along with your completed documents,
you will receive instructions on how to execute and file the documents.
Completed documents are also available in paper format, printed and sent
to you by regular mail. However, due to additional administrative and
shipping costs, an additional cost must be added for this service.
Changes:
Minor revisions and revisions caused by our error are made without
charge.
However, if major changes are
required as a result of a change of mind or circumstances on your part, an
additional charge may be assessed on a case by case basis with your prior
approval.
Refunds:
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if you request a refund prior to
submission of your Questionnaire(s). If your Questionnaire(s) is/are
submitted and you change your mind prior to our delivering your legal
documents, there will be a $25.00 flat fee accessed for account
processing. Once your completed documents are sent to you, the sale will
be considered final and no refund will be granted. If for any reason your
documents are not accepted by the courts, we will either fix them at our
cost or refund your money, your choice. We must, unfortunately, strictly
enforce this policy since our product is such that it may be easily copied
and used by individuals who have not purchased.
Each of our products and services are occasionally temporarily unavailable
while we conduct reviews and updates. This is necessary due to
ever-changing laws and regulations. Sometimes a product or service will be
made indefinitely unavailable due to poor customer feedback or by decision
of our corporate officers. In the event that an extended period of time
passes between the date of original purchase and the date of questionnaire
submission, and during this time the originally purchased product or
service is discontinued indefinitely, we reserve the right to immediately
cancel your order and notify you promptly. Upon your acknowledgement that
your order will not be filled, we will issue a full refund.
